Since the 192 has a Murphy bed with original 2 piece mattress (made of straw,  LOL) I would like to replace with the best comfort foam 1 piece I can buy. Question is how thick of a mattress can I install and have the Murphy bed latch shut? |

I would get what's comfortable, and worry about the latch after. Besides, i've heard people complain that they had to replace the latch cause it was very chincy anyways.

I have been using latch in this way, but it didnt bother me. Now my hampton inn beds for sale. I had great time with it.
