When considering my purchase of a new Travel trailer, many possibilites occured to me.  With now a 6700lb tow rating in my truck, I faced few limitations as to what I could acquire and tow safely.

This is the Galileo....sleek, futuristic and it has a cool interior too.  It has a dry bath and an awning, which were "must haves", for me.

After sobering up, the harsh reality of 30-35K hit home - I can't afford it!  So, no, this isn't my new travel trailer......something a bit more modest Tongue

So, did you end up with something like this?

Craig :: 2009 RP171 towed by a 2017 F150

With such a LOW tow rating and wanting something with good MPG you may want one of the items below.  Does not have a built in Bathroom or an awning but I think it could be a cool mod to fit one in.

I almost had my wife talked into one of these.......

Now that I'm thinking a bit more would this one work to carry the TV?  I think it would have the Bathroom and also awning?

Thanks all for your excellent guesses/suggestions.  (also, thanks Outbound for your flow simulator work, last year)  However, none of you are correct, yet.
The words "Galileo" and futuristic did get me thinking of an old Star Trek episode called the "The Galileo Seven".
Anyway, Spock, Scotty and a couple of others had taken the shuttle "Galileo" to a planet, became stranded and were being attacked by huge ape-like creatures!  (Sort of like my daily experiences at my place of employment)  Of course, one of the "red shirt" guys gets killed prior to the first commercial break - per standard Star Trek protocol.
I thought something like that would make a cool looking RV.  But, it turns out, some guy(s) beat me to the punch a while back! (and they did a pretty good job)
Now, if you want a bunch of "can I see it" sort of people gathering around your campsite, make yourself one of these!   (just don't wear a red shirt!)  This fellow made it out of an old class C motorhome - discarding all the stuff not needed (which seems to be everything but the chassis and motor)
Upon reflecting for a while, I decided that this whole "Galileo" thing was either going too expensive (first post) or too much work (this post).  So, what I bought does not even sound like the word "Galileo".   Stay tuned as the drama unfolds!

KSinclair - that's not what I bought, either.  But if that well known formula (enough guys + power tools + alcohol = something like this) were to be applied, it could be turned into something like this.

Might be an attention getter at the campground - Flash Gordon!

You couldn't have the Flash Gordon spaceship - there's no room for an awning, especially with those flame jets.  Wasn't an awning one of your must-haves?
