I have a used 2020 rpod 189 with bent axles. I got a good deal on it. Would like to keep some of the money I saved.
So can I buy an aftermarket axle as long as I measure the hubs and spring mounts and the lugs correctly

Best to contact Lippert and buy a replacement axle for that trailer, plan on 1000 dollars with shipping. The axle will be around 600 plus. It will come complete with hubs and brakes. Trying to patchwork an axle in is not advisable.

I would read all the different Axle posts and then consider going UP on load size of the axle.  Lot of people with camber problems.
Good Luck

I agree with not mixing Lippert with non-Lippert parts, but I doubt you would get anything cheaper than Lippert anyway (or FR would already be buying it LOL If your brake assemblies are good you could keep them and just buy a new bare axle, it shouldn't be a problem just buying that.

You could also take your trailer to a good trailer shop and see if you can get them to recamber your existing axle for you. Then, reinforce it with a piece of steel angle mounted under it and attached with 4 ubolts so it doesn't bend again.

It should be under warranty 11 years on torsion axles. http://www.lci1.com/axles go to the bottom of the page "downloads"  and click on Axle warranty sheet

Just picked up a bare dexter axle.
Now all I have to do is transfer the electric breaks and everything else on the new axle.
