Good thing you had an EMS. If your electrician reversed line and neutral when he wired up your RV receptacle you might want to consider using a different electrician next time you have any work done. That's a basic error no electrician should ever make.

That Watch dog was correct. The wires were reversed. All plugged in now! Electrician fixed what was not installed correctly!

Mjlrpod has a very good point there. You should probably get your circuit checked before something bad happens

What model surge protector do you have. Is it an EMS ? and not just a surge protector?  If so, DO NOT continue leaving camper plugged in. The EMS was finding something wrong, and not allowing power, as it's designed to do.

Turns out that the problem was the Power Watchdog 30 AMP Smart Surge Protector I had it in between the camper power cord and my outside house 30 amp outlet. I may need to program that or something. As soon as I went directly to power everything came on....

Thanks for your suggestions that I first checked.

Check the circuit breakers and the GFCI reset button, it will be on one of those outlets.
