I agree with you Lee, our dealer spent 2 hours going over every detail, he put up the dome first to verify all was ok, and then walked me thru removing and installing again.
 The only issue we had was the first 3 tv/dvd/radios went bad in a short time and finally we have one that seems to work.

Add another one to the list of A/C with no air filters. Mystery solved. Just ordered some online for next excursion. I suspect original owner never even noticed they were missing. Stern Smile

Same with us, they did a great job with prep.. Showed us how to the ac worked and had it running. it was a long walk thru...Grant retained all the info, Me no way.... TerriLOL

Wow.  If you don't have a filter and it's been running like that for any length of time, if it were me, I'd pull the plate off to make sure I don't have dust/debri in places it shouldn't be.  I know my filters collect a whole bunch of stuff and without the filters it means that stuff is collecting in places it shouldn't be.
