Have a new 2020 r pod 190. Can’t figure out how to connect the outside sprayer?

If nothing has changed from recent years, I don't think there should not be anything to connect per se, perhaps the small push valve on the shower head is not open?

The new 190 comes with a sprayer hose and the attachment is on the opposite side from the shower. The hose won’t connect?

It's a quick connect connection. You need to slide the collar back and push the connector from the blue hose into the port. You need to PUSH really hard.

That worked. You were right. It got a little easier to connect after I did it a few times. Really had to push hard. Thank you😄
