Caution: if your not familiar with heavy parts and large tools, do not attempt.  A helper is recommended.  I ordered the 600 pound spring bars.
Tools needed:  1 1/8 box end wrench, 3/4 inch wrench, 10 inch adjustable wrench, 24 inch breaker bar 1/2 inch drive.  1 1/8 deep impact socket, 3/4 inch deep impact socket, tape measure. 2 foot level, I/2 inch torque wrench (250 FT pounds)
I ordered the assembly from Amazon.  It comes with a 2 5/16 ball installed.  I took it to a local shop and had them use a impact tool to remove and replace with the 2 inch ball. Kept the larger in case of future use.  I paid about $300 and the local RV dealer would have charged $600 plus.
1.  Level the RV  and measure to the top of the hitch.  2. Measure the height of the TV at front and rear fender wells.  3. place the square shank in the receiver on the TV 4. Mount the  ball mount to the square shank using the 2 large bolts, don't tighten just yet.  5. have you helper hold the hitch ball level, measure the height to the top of the ball.  it should be 1/8 inch higher for each 100 pounds of hitch weight, give a take a bit.  I set mine at about 3/4 inch.  6. snug up the bolts, raise the RV up and back into place, lower the hitch.  7. measure back 30 inches from the top center of the hitch and install the hook up hangers on each side of the frame, snug up bolts, install the spring bars into the ball mount, check the pins so that they line up with the hangers and are equal on each side. 8. adjust the thumbscrew in the ball mount so that the spring bars are angled down about 2 to 3 inches below the frame of the RV. 9. torque all bolts to proper torque.  Raise up the coupled TV and RV using the trailer jack until you can get the spring bars into the slots using the provided tool.  The RV and The TV should be level now within a inch.  Take it for a test drive to make sure nothing comes loose.  The advantage with this hitch over others is that you can back up with the spring bars in place and it's quiet. Read the instructions and watch the online video, good luck, it really handles better.
