I have seen some people tell how to load photos to the site in some threads but now I can't find them and we have a fair number of "newer, including myself" folks too the forum.  Would one of you young people who understand it (PHP?) post it and maybe make it a topic that is listed at the top of the page that doesn't move down the list as new topics are added?  I have added a new table and putting drawers in the dinette and would post photos if i knew how.

thanks!  Smile

You need a host, you can host them on your own server, or on a public server. I use postimage.org
Make an account, upload your pictures to there, using the "upload" button.
Then open your picture there, and click on the "share" icon, then click on the link generator for "hotlink for forums", then paste that link string into the body of your message here..

And..VIOLA! pictures of stuff...

In this case.. breakfast sausage roll, stuffed with cheese and hash browns, wrapped in bacon, and then smoked at 275F for an hour and a half or so...Served to my podder friends at the 2017 ERU Rally.

I knew one of you guys/gals would respond...thank you very much.  now can someone put those directions at the top of a page on the forum so it doesn't move down the list as newer topics appear and easily accessible?

  It's a GMG Davy Crockett.. 12v native, 55 pounds, perfect for camping/boondocking...

as far as recipe.. pretty much gave it up above.. flatten out a pound of sausage, place cheese, hash browns, peppers, onions, whatever, then roll.
Then weave the bacon and wrap around the roll... This is the one and only time I recommend a thin sliced bacon.

Smoke until 160F internal. Rest 20 minutes or so. Slice and enjoy.

Call cardiologist as needed.

As a note, I intend to do one at the next rally with soft boiled eggs inside..

OOOH, a Fattty!!!
I've done those. It has been a while. I'll have to do one again soon. I now have a Member's Mark pellet grill, similar to the Traeger models, that I got at Sam's Club for a super price.
