Our 2019 189 has a low pressure gas connection on the tongue. Does only work with a “low pressure grill” or is there an adapter to use with another gas grill.

The "low pressure" indicates it is regulated. You can't use a regulated grill on the line, there are several types of regulator bypasses that you can get to convert your grill to unregulated. OR you can purchase grills that are not regulated. The bottom line is you can't regulate twice.
