I have a 2015 179.  I want to change out the TV mount for one that tilts down.  What does the factory TV mount screw into on the closet wall?  I can't see thru the panel in the closet and would rather not have to take things apart if I don't have to.

You don't need to change the whole mount. Just change the head where the TV attaches. Harbor Freight sells one that, with a little bit of tubing to act as a reducer for the smaller bolt, will work just fine. Look for https://www.harborfreight.com/17-in-to-42-in-swiveltilt-tv-wall-mount-small-tv-64238.html . Keep an eye on their advertisements. You may see it on sale for less.

The Harbor Freight head should work as long as your new TV has standard locations for the mounting screws.

I can’t help with model of mount—I can help withthe actual mounting process.
We had to lower our tv about 8” on our 179.  the front corner of the wardrobe has solid wood that is 1”x1”. The wall on the wardrobe is hollow with thin plywood paneling on both sides. I used a 1x6 cut to the correct length(height of the mounting bracket)  on the outside of the wardrobe. ,mounted to the corner of the wardrobe with 3 screws.  I made a corresponding flat metal piece for the inside of the wardrobe.  I used 6 bolts 3/16”x2 1/2 to connect the inside metal and outside wood. I had the bolt heads on the outside with flat washers. The inside had flat washer, lock washer and nut. This made a solid wood block on the outside for attaching the tv mount. Screw the mount solidly to the wooden 1x6
