I have an 2010 R-Pod that has rot around the back and sides of the floor.  I would like to know if anybody has had any experience replacing and or repairing the floor.  I would appreciate any and all advice short of burning the trailer.  Thanks in advance. Unhappy

Try the advance search and go back some time. There was at least one member who bought a used Pod with a bad floor. Pretty good details on his repair effort. I don't recall all the details. I will do some checking too.

The edge trim that ties in the bottom with the wall panels did not have any gasket sealing it.  When I removed some screws from the bottom of the unit there was no evidence of any sealant used when it was built.  Thus water could seep in and over time the floor would eventually rot.  When I fix the trailer in the spring I will remove the trim and seal it properly as it should have been at the factory.
