   Jim, pie irons are where it's at.  When I was a kid, my mom had one and would pull it out whenever we would go camping to make pies and pizzas with them.  When we got ¡Podtástic! the first thing I bought was a pie iron cooker.  We're going to get it seasoned this weekend.
