the small button that activates the tv/radio amplifier will not stay engaged when I push it in. It immediately pops out and the amplifier is not engaged. It does amplify and work as long as I hold the button in. I have temporarily made a foam wedge that will hold it depressed.
I have seen that the entire plate is replacable for $25. Has anyone else had this problem or replaced or repaired the entire plate( tv cable male connection, cable male connection and amplifier button)? Thanks Vann

Yep I replaced mine for the very same reason. BTW I used a toothpick to hold it in until I got a replacement. I didn't try to repair but still have the original.
