Place one 
piece of pie dough loosely in cooker cavity, buttered side down. Add 
cubed, cooked beef, cooked potato slices, onions and pepper. Cover with 
remaining piece of pie crust, buttered side up. Close grill and latch 
handles. Bake for approximately 5 minutes.
