Most RV forums don't allow this subject. Among a few subjects that never get answered, and always have arguments.

My, I hope we don't ban this topic.

If we do, perhaps it would be wise to ban that other hot-button topic - axle risers.

Thanks Furpod, I went camping for a few days in hope this would die a decent death, but alas still on-going. BTW, think I'll have a six pack and ride around, who cares about risk.

It's kind of arguing about which is the correct pronunciation for tomato.

tuh-MAY-toh - or - tuh-MAH-toh

And what I really want to know is how did the "r" get into the word "wash" as in "worsh"?

The list of unresolvable things goes on.

I would hate to see a ban on any topic relevant to R-pods.  If I don't like a topic; I don't read it.

Nothing gets banned, unless you break the rules big time. It's a fair and equal forum, with a some opinionated folks. I wouldn't worry.

Eh...we're OK with debate here....even spirited debate. As the rules say, as long as we all remain respectful of each other and debate the idea/position then it is permitted. When we become insulting of individuals (as opposed to the idea/position), then the line is crossed. Each may believe as they do and state so as desired.

Want to run your fridge on propane? That's fine. Want to run your fridge on 12 volts? That's fine too.

Personally, I am much more concerned about individuals who transport Axe Body Spray in their rigs. Now that stuff looks dangerous!

If I want to run refrigerator on 12 volts, Does anyone know the current draw when the refrigerator in on 12volt? The manual say 175 watts on 120 volts. That wattage would make current draw 14.5 amps on 12 volt. I have a F150 with 130 amp alternator. Does the trailer connector provide that much current?

Thx
