New used 2014 179

   Hi,
We just picked up a 2014 179 and are excited to start camping.  The first thing we need to do is replace the mattress, it just isn’t comfortable.  We do not want a memory foam matress.  Any suggestions on one that is more like a bed you have at home?

	Welcome to the forum! We topped ours with memory foam... I've heard good things about those mail-order mattresses, like Casper or Ikea. You might even have it shipped somewhere you're visiting for a while! Returns are pretty painless, from what I understand. 	After 3 outings in our 177 we replaced our mattress with a Euro-Top mattress from Camping World. Can purchase from other vendors for less, however when we purchased ours in June 2011 that was our only option. A bit pricey but well worth the investment. Your body and back are worth it, as well as a good night of sleep! So here we are 7 years later and the mattress is just as firm and comfortable as the day we got it. Yes, we use it a fair amount, camping around 30 days/year as well as using it at home for an overflow when we have too much company to put everyone up in the house.

	Welcome to the group!! Congrats on our 179! We have a 179 and really enjoy the space and larger kitchen.
