2017 R POD 180 $9,999

Added 7/1/18

I have been instructed to reduce the selling price to $9,999 in hopes of generating a very very quick no hassle sell. Thank you

Due to a sudden change in life’s responsibilities, I am selling our loved RPod 180.  It is a 2017 with green graphics.  It is extremely well maintained with all of the issue’s associated with new RPods being fixed.  It has been used gently with no super long trips.  I also will be selling all of the accessories that we have accumulated as well.  We have been camping for 20 years with three different trailers which include the infamous Casita. The RPod has done us as well or better than the other units.

- All systems work properly.  All maintenance is performed earlier than required.  Routine washing and wax.  Rubber treatment, general lubrication etc.

-Slide out maintained routinely.  Rubber gaskets and seals treated every 90 days.  Gearing lubricated before and after every trip.

  • New Interstate deep cycle marine battery installed in April of this year, used once.

  • Refrigerator control panel replaced due to defective factory unit. Replaced under warranty 60 days after purchase. New unit works perfect for two years no problem.

  • 8” memory foam mattress purchased from Camping World costing over $600.  An outstanding mattress.  Pillow top mattress cover always used.

  • WFCO factory converter replaced after one week of ownership, under warranty by dealer.  2nd WFCO converter replaced after 6 months of ownership by me.  New unit is a Progressive Dynamics converter.   This is a very strong , reliable converter that
  • most podders use as a replacement to the defective WFCO units.

  • CO2 detector replaced in the first month of ownership. Another common problem.

  • Tail lights have been replaced.  Original tail lights became full of water at the end of last year.  A very common problem.  I replaced them myself with much better units and better Installation.

  • Hot water heater is drained, bottom cleaned out and serviced after each trip.  Trailer is never stored with water in the hot water heater.  Anode rod inspected after each trip.

  • Fresh water tank is drained and sanitized after each trip.  Trailer is never stored with water in the system.

  • RPod is  winterized every winter and stored inside my heated warehouse.

  • Grey and black water holding tanks are flushed out three times after each trip and the valves are treated with plumbers grease for smooth operation.

  • Tires are like new.  Pressure maintained at all times.  Treated with rubber treatment.  Covered at all times when parked

  • Spare tire is new, never used.  Pressure routinely checked.

  • Air conditioning works as new.  We have never used the AC.

  • Furnace works as new.  We have never used it.
  • Fantastic fan cover on roof to keep the rain out

  • All paint and decals are in great condition

- television and stereo work as new and seldom used

Sell Price  $12,500 firm.  We have priced our unit well below current value, in hopes of a quick sell.  Trailer is located in Burlington Indiana .

Joe, sorry to hear it has to go. This is a steal at this price! This is the first I've mentioned it but I sold my 2016 180 yesterday. May I suggest Craigslist. I put it on last Wednesday and had 15 calls by Friday.
Good luck, And I wish you the best!

Craigslist tips, put an ad in every major city around you just change up the ad a little bit cuz they don't like you doing that I used a different picture for my header and I change the wording a little on mine. Hope everything turns out good for you!

I think that's the GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating). The GVWR on our RP179 is 3768 lbs. About 400 lbs on the tongue, and about 3368 lbs on the axle when "fully loaded".
