2010-175 well finally got the 
"soft floor " fixed with sheet aluminum & 3/4" plywood and new floor covering ....now taking to the the painter today. Thinking of having it painted SILVER to match my tow vehicle a TOYOTA FJ Crusier and sometimes tow it with my Tacoma 4x4 white in color. I could not find much on repainting a pod on the web??anyone painted theirs??? Colors??? Cost etc???

I would think painting a pod would be very similar to painting a boat. Far from being a painting pro I'm thinking at the least your looking at after prep work (sanding and such) a color coat and then finish get coat and if I had to throw a number out I'd say at least $1000 plus. That will make you want to buy a compressor and paint gun and learn how to DIY. Hopefully others who have done this or much more knowledgeable then I will post a reply.

 Rpod is at body shop....so to remove all decals and prepare for paint and PAINT. $1600 for white or $1900 for silver or any color i want. ...he started getting decals off this afternoon. I told i would let him know on Tuesday what color.

I'm not surprised Moose and thought my numbers would be on the low end. With all the work you've done on your Pod I say throw another $300 in and have them shoot color to match your TV.

Yes Sir....that's what i have decided to do....and be a little different / wish i could see what the SILVER BULLET would look like....LOL found no silver ones on the webOuch on google imagesAngry

I love our green RPod but I'm betting that you can't go wrong with silver if it's nicely done. It's a color that complements other colors well, including any color of TV.
