There are two slide motors. You will need to fold back the rubber seal just above the top track on either side of the slide out to get to the motors.

Mine has a controller under the fridge with instructions on what to fo if the slide fails. To bad the factory installed it upsidedown, and at the very bottom. Hard to read and hard to follow the directions. At least I now know more thsn I did this AM.

The controller for mine is in the same place. I don't know if it is upside-down though as I haven't looked at it. I'll wait to do so because that panel below the refrigerator has been a problem and I now have it anchored pretty well so I don't want to take it loose to look.

Yeah, mine did not go back on well. Giant wood screws thru metal frame equals one time use. At least I now know what is down there.
