Hi,

Just purchased a 179 three days ago.  There are two Forest River dealers in Fl.

The sales process was very smooth with LazyDays and they very quickly gave me an extremely good quote, more than $2,000 better than the other FL dealer and the same as another dealer in OH.

This dealership is HUGE!  I will say that my dealings with sales and the business office were professional and very efficient and my sales rep oversaw the process of my inspection, training and delivery every step of the way.

I purchased and took delivery on the last day of the month,  (likely a reason why I got such a nice quote) which is a very busy time for the staff that coordinates the steps in the delivery process.  There were some (IMO) preventable issues that popped up, but all were closed out to my satisfaction.

I highly recommend this dealer!

We stopped in at Lazy Days this past March when we were in Florida, it was Huge, we spent a good part of the day touring around and checking out new trailers. Great place!

All dealers are great when they want to make a sale and are willing to lower the price.  It is usually the service department that makes or breaks them.  Hopefully you will not have any problems and if you do LazyDays will treat you well.  We did not purchase either our RPOD or Passport from them (we winter near Tampa) as dealers in the Northeast were much cheaper

Glad to hear you had a good experience with your purchase. I think there is good and bad with all dealers and you can just hope your interaction with them on the whole is good. I think the make it or break it with any RV dealer is not so much the price (although important) but the service they do provide. Best of luck to you!
