+1. There are two screws each at front and back, two screws where the side vents are and two more that are hard  to find on the sides. You will need to look carefully to find them all. I took mine off to put closed-cell foam on the inside to quiet it down a little. It is still loud, but not quite as loud, especially if I shut the big vent in the middle.

Why are these not provided when you buy the pods new? Mine also did not come with the filters...

They should be somewhere in your R-Pod unless your dealer removed them while doing the dealer prep. They may be squirreled away in a non-obvious place. If you did not get them, contact your dealer.

+1 to Stephen.  Mine were in a drawer sealed up nice and tight in a plastic bag.  Didn't know what there were for a year till I saw a post on here.  Not sure why they're not installed at the factory (Dometic or Forest River) or dealer.  I've never bought a car that didn't have an air filter!
