Good thought and would love to know this.. I will. I have full intentions of hitting the scales once loaded for the test run in a couple weeks.

The E2 is on the truck! Took about 2 1/2hrs, not bad..

I swear 45 minutes of it was reading the instructions and trying to figure out where this one piece went. LOL
3 attempts at adjustment to get it in the 'Honey' spot.

Winds were fairly strong driving to the shop to do this. Winds picked up for the drive back. With greater winds I felt much less sway on the way home. I'm liking!

I 'mocked' having the truck and trailer loaded with bags of pellets so I'd be pretty close to what and how we'll load. 

Side note: I also had my LED battery voltage gauge (not my new voltage/wattage gauge) wired in to see if the truck was charging the batteries. All good there as well!

I was thinking they were all SAE sizes.

Something I found really helpful was a very large crescent wrench (24") to provide resistance against the nut turning as I was using the torque wrench on the bolt. I attached the crescent wrench to the nut such that the handle would press into the ground and provide that resistance.

Instructions say 1 1/8, 1 1/16, 3/4 and 1 7/8 for the ball. Sounds good to me...

Found a friend with a torque wrench. You folks have any clues what size sockets I need for it?

I had to really put my weight into it. (Un)fortunately, I have plenty of weight to spare. The important thing is that the bolts are torqued enough for the conical washers to go completely flat.

Yeah. That 250 ft-lbs can be a challenge. We had a neighbor once upon a time who had a big class A motor home. IIRC, he needed to do something like 250 ft-lbs of torque on the lug nuts (I may be off a bit on the exact torque; it was ~~ 25 years ago). What he did was calculate the length of a breaker-bar he would need if he stood on a lever (weight X moment arm). He marked his torque with a magic marker on the breaker bar, and bada bing. The only hassle is figuring out how to maintain your balance with one foot on the breaker bar, and that he had to try to keep it horizontal for the final torque.
