Southern Cornbread Salad

   This is what I've decided to make for the ERU in June.  
Southern Cornbread Salad, after all I am originally from Georgia.
It is a layered salad.
No recipe until/unless those who try it like it!

	Make sure you print out enough copies and bring with you! I know I always have to do that when I take my chocolate eclair cake places. I just googled Southern Cornbread salad and a bunch of recipes popped up....off to check them all out...it sounds delicious!

	Oh wow, that's a good idea. Everyone should print copies of the recipe for the food they make for Saturday's potluck. Just put a little pile by your dish and then everyone can take one as they wish. We'd all walk away with some good ideas for new dishes.
