Hi guys, can you suggest me on how to restrain my dog inside the pod while traveling? I'm afraid she might get hurt because she is always playing while traveling.

The Pod bounces a lot more than you think. I would never subject a pet to that sort of abuse. Our cats stay in an enclosure we set up across the back seat of our TV while traveling. It gives them some room to play while still keeping them restrained somewhat.

Just an update guys, I saw these dog crates online which I think is perfect for my dog. She will be safer and more relax inside the crate while traveling. But, still I want to know everyone's opinion about this product, what do you think about the crate for traveling?

Every dog we have ever had was crate trained. We carry a large wire folding crate in the camper now, and set it up when we are going somewhere away from camp the dog can't go.. Your dog will need to be trained to the crate, otherwise your camping neighbors will not like you.

I would never have the dog in the trailer while traveling. If it can't ride loose, a crate or a lead that secures to the seat belt would be my answer..

Crate in the Pod..

One of Micah's first trips.. checking things out..

The enclosure we had previously was soft-sided carriers sewed together and the cats tore them up. We looked at dog crates for our cats but couldn't find one the size we wanted. We bought some grid panels similar to these that we will connect together to make a custom crate:
