1: BAL leveler, 1 person leveling of the pod. By myself I've leveled side to side, front to back in under 5 min. Raise pod at least 6-7inches. Never leave home without it.
2: 2 step to get into the trailer. So much easier getting in and out of the pod.
3: Lee Valley suction cups (I call them Christmas trees) They kind of have little arms/branches. One end of clothes line on tree or tv, other end on pod. Swim towels etc on line.. WILL NOT come off.

1: Anderson Levelers, just back up to level.

2: LED on the frame to light up the step at night.  Light is marine grade (get it at Walmart or Amazon).  I installed an on/off switch to send power to a magnetic switch on the screen door.  Works great

3: 120vac outlet in dinette bench on street side for lamp or laptop.  120vac outlet in the end of the counter, next to the door for a coffee maker since the others ones on the front of the cabinet.  While in there I added LED deck lights under the counter's edge pointing down for "easier on the eyes" lighting.

4: Small second TV in the lower bunk area (removed the top bunk).

5: Bathroom fan vent cover.

Sorry can't count just to 3

#1: Shelf above bed to hold CPAP machine and bins for clothing.
#2: 12V outlets (set with USB also) to power CPAP and charge phones.
#3: Larger stainless steel kitchen sink and pull-down faucet to replace tiny plastic sink that came with our 2016 RP179 and the cheap faucet that always seemed to drip (one of my wife's favorite mods).

Also,
Door window that opens (another of my wife's favorites).
Upgraded mattress.
Cutting board stove cover which gives an expanded, solid work surface.
Larger wardrobe drawers (another of my wife's favorites).
Fan to circulate heat from under the bed. I consider this also a safety mod.
Double steps
Larger sewer hose carrier and also ladder carrier beside it.
Stromberg-Carlson Trailer Tray to carry generator.
Others which can be seen in my mods.

My favorite mod that wasn't mentioned yet. Keyless entry!!! I chose the RVlock keyless and i never looked back. The best mod you could make. Freedom from worrying about carrying keys in your bathing suit etc.. Also Im a big fan of my EMS system. Peace of mind is comforting.

If I had to name three:

1. 10" memory foam mattress
2. IKEA futon in place of the 179 bench cushions
3. Built and installed large drawers for easier under-stove access.

Our next big mod is probably going to be converting the queen bed into twin beds.
