This 2011 Forest River Rpod 172 is fully loaded and is a single owner, ultra-lite travel trailer camper! This travel trailer camper weighs less than 2,200 lbs. unloaded and can be pulled with a SUV, van or small truck. This camper comfortably sleeps four people with two bunk beds and one double bed with storage areas underneath the beds. There is a dining room with a collapsible table that seats four people and a kitchen area with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stove, cabinets and storage drawers. The wet bath includes a hot water heater, sink, shower and toilet. 	Julie and Byron...Thank you for your interest in our Rpod. Someone is actually coming to look at it later today and we just received a different offer yesterday. I will keep you in the loop on if either of those two other parties do end up buying the camper. If not, maybe we can just work out an arrangement to come deliver it to you! We love your area of Canada and were just up that way with the camper this past summer on the pass between Pincher Creek and Fernie! Thanks, Doug
