Good Luck with Poulsbo RV.  It seems that instead of selling a lot for a little markup, that they want to make big money on any they sell.
I actually traveled to Couches in Ohio in 2009 to get our first RPod (2010 171).  A couple of years back (2014 or 2015) we looked at trading in the 171 for a 178 at Poulsbo RV.  With the trade in they still wanted $12000-$14000 from us.  We passed.
Because Poulsbo keeps their prices high we were lucky when we sold our 171.  We got more than twice what they offered us for the 171 and found a very slightly used 178 in Tualatin, Oregon.

I had to use the Poulsbo RV service department for the recall work (upper and fender lights).  They told me a time.  And did not update me when it was going to be another day.  Luckily I spoke to them while I was on my way and did not yet get across The Narrows bridge.

Warranty work would be inconvenient if you didn't by from Poulsbo RV, but there are more choices in Eastern WA or in the Portland area.  I would look online at Blue Dog RV and Broadmoor Rv in Washington and Funtime RV near Portland.  Get a feel for prices, call them, and see if a 3 to 5 hour drive is worth the distance.

Good Luck.
We have loved both our RPods.

After camping with an Aliner camper for the last five years we have decided it is time to get a different setup. We are not getting any younger and need to have storage more accessible then below waist level and/or under cushions. We still wanted a smaller trailer and after doing our research we settled on an R-Pod 179. We like the rear kitchen layout and the inside storage. We just camped the last time in our Aliner and now have it up for sale. Once sold we will purchase out 179. As we live in Washington, we will be dealing with Poulsbo RV if we buy new. I would appreciate any help with how to approach negotiations would be appreciated. Does anyone have an idea of what the MSRP markup is over invoice? I am just trying to figure out what would be a fair price for the R-Pod.

Thanks in advance.

Keith
Soon to own a 179
