Hi folks,

my wife and I bought our 2010 171 last year and took it out a few weeks ago.  Had a great time, but unfortunately when we went to set up the screen room, the aluminum collapsible tent pole shattered at one of the joints.

Does anyone know where to get replacement parts?  The bag the screen room comes in says Dometic on it, but I cannot find any info on a model number or anything like that.

Is this a rafter, or the front hoop?

Try tent pole technologies for the hoop, I seem to remember owners have replaced rafter poles with electrical conduit from Lowes, etc.

Yeah, its the front hoop, not the struts that come out perpendicular to the rpod.

I may have to go the tent pole route, but just wondering if there were official replacement parts.

There are, but trust me, TPT is cheaper faster and stronger.

We got a replacement from Tentpole Technologies.  A beefier fiberglass replacement for about $35
