Hey friends,
New owner of a 2011 182g we bought used from a dealer about a month ago. Just got done with our first long weekend and it worked great. Got it home and noticed a couple of large bubbles where it seems the outer layer of skin has separated from the wall. These bubbles are on both sides below the garage door seem. Any experiences and or thoughts on this??? Thanks!

I hope I am wrong, but that sounds like delimitation. CrySave

That's what it sounds like to me too. Big old bummer. It probably means the fiberglass panels were not properly cured, or there was a problem with the polyester resin and/or epoxy. Neither is a good thing. If the unit is in warranty, I would take it to the dealer. If it's beyond warranty, the fix "could" be involved.

If you had a sample picture to upload, people here could provide you with additional advice.

Delamination. Might be a curing issue, but with 2011 Pod I would think water intrusion. Not an easy fix for DIY person. There are RV shops that will take on issue. I had same issue with a 2004 Coachman I did myself in my shop, not an issue I would take on again. If it is a leak issue it will grow if the Pod is not protected from weather. If you can move it inside I would suggest you do, if you decide to tackle yourself I can help, but be advised it is not for the faint of heart:)
