If you have a Tractor Supply near you the sell a very adaptable frame mount spare tire carrier that is adjustable to both the frame and the bolt pattern. I have one on one of my trailers, as I recall price is around 30 bucks.

Thanks Mike, yes I have a tractor supply about 5 miles from me. I'm in there all the time for horse feed and outdoor bird supplies.
