   On the water temp.. If it isn't scalding, I assure you, the bypass valves are wrong. NO ONE has ever complained that a properly set water heater was to cold.Most are worried about children scalding themselves, etc.

We don't have that same radio/cd setup, but I know the answers you have been given work.
