I have heard of several folks doing just that but Outbound has a point there.
We haven't actually used ours but for microwaving. Embarrassed

I use the oven all the time.  Usually for something simple like muffins / cookies / cinnamon buns.  But, that little oven has also been put to good use for cooking in bad weather (including the occasional snowstorm) when I'd rather not unpack and fire up the BBQ.  I've even cooked a Thanksgiving turkey in there.

Personally, I wouldn't want to be without something which allows me to cook inside, even if its just a very small toaster oven.
