+1 on the table! That is one really nice piece of work. How does the sliding part lock in place for travel?

Nice job, marwayne. That's how my truck camper table works....slides back and forth. Combined with the Lagun table mount, it sure works well. Thanks for the ideas everyone.

I also dont need the bedspace there, so I replaced the heavy, clumsy POS OEM table legs with a pedestal.
I also used aluminum angle to attach the table to the forward wall, so it can't move or fall during transit. The result is that the table is now very sturdy, stable, and easy to use.

I started from scratch and built a new table with a small drawer beneath. Works very well and like you say, my knees and knuckles love it!

What model RPod and how did you attach it to the floor or walls? Pics?

We have a 2018 190.
I built a 5X5 center post and extended legs out from the bottom about 9" from each side.. It is always loose and can be moved at any time. I also included the tie down rings on the underside of the table for travel. This works very well and is very stable for use, with no wobble. Sorry, I don't have any pictures. I need to learn how to post them, as I have done a ton of rmodifications to the ole RPOD. I totally rebuilt the cabinet over the sink to the full depth of the slide out and put a full size door on it. Converted the closet to a pantry and did the "over the bed" shelf thing for our clothes and installed a towel cabinet in the bath over the toilet. In fact, there isn't too much in there that was original! ![]() This camper is to versatile. We are having a ball with it.

Wow @Marwayne the woodwork in yours looks like solid hardwood! The quality in these must have gone down a lot because the cabinets and wood in ours is all super thin panel or pressboard.
