Thank you Andy. Will drop off at the dealer when back home tomorrow. Luckily found a creek today.
Enjoy weekend and thank you again.

Okay, sorry we couldn't get it sorted without having to take it in.
The good news is it should be repaired fairly quickly as it most likely the thermostat is not serviceable or it isn't getting power to operate.
Something else to keep in mind, it is possible to get technicians to come to your trailer to diagnose and repair many problems. I know our dealer offers this service. There is an added cost I imagine but could be an option in the future!
If I may make a request, for my benefit. Could you come back here and let me/everyone else know the outcome and what the problem is? I am always interested in finding out what the problem was for future reference and if I am right or wrong in my troubleshpoting...and it could help me when I get my trailer at long last...it is being delivered to our dealer in Sudbury, Ontario in the next week or so!
Thanks and I look forward to your next post. :-)

Hi, Andy,
Thank you so much for your help. Yes I touch the buttons but the thermostat seems no power. It is totally black. I took it off and couldn't find any loose or damaged.
Will drop it to service tomorrow.
Thank you again for your kindly help...

While I wait to hear back about if the thermostat works when a button is pushed to wake it up I have been doing a bit more research. The next logical step (for me it is, anyways...:-), is to see if you can access the back of the thermostat to verify that the wires are securely inserted into it.
If you have the manual for the thermostat, which the dealer should have provided to you, that would be of assistance as it should tell you what colour of wire goes into what connection point in the rear of the thermostat.
If you can access the wires, refer to the manual to see if they are inserted correctly, and then wiggle them GENTLY one at a time to check for a secure connection.
It is possible that your thermostat is unserviceable, but before replacing you need to check to see if this one is working or not.
I have been thinking about what you said about 12 volt...your thermostat might be 12 volt operated, so checking your fuses to ensure all are serviceable is important. If there is no 12 volt power getting the thermostat, it of course won't operate.
It sounds like your trailer is new, so this might still be under warranty. This doesn't help with the current heat situation there in BC, but something to keep in mind if you can't get the AC working.
Another question, has the AC (or the furnace as well, as it uses the same thermostat) ever worked or been used since you bought it? Have you ever used the thermostat or is this the first time trying to use it? I ask this to help with the trouble shooting process.

Have you tried to wake up your thermostat by touching any of its button yet? Check the video, it is helpful.
Andy
I just edited this post, as I originally stated to touch the screen, and that is incorrect for this thermostat...touch one of its buttons...

Hi, all,
Thank you all so so much. I am in a camping ground with 30apm. Everything works fine inside. I tried break just now but still no luck. Fuse is internal lights/AC. Lights work fine.
Very very appreciate all your help....

So, I Googled your thermostat and here is a link to the Forest River video on its operation. The gentleman in the video said you need to press any button on the thermostat itself to "wake it up". So, give that a try! It might be good, only needs you to set it to cool...if it works, set the fan on high to reduce icing up issues with the air-conditioning.
Here is the link to the video, or just search Google like I did.

As someone who has learned a 2nd foreign language to assist in our living abroad for several years, it isn't a problem that can't be overcome. It does take a little effort but if I can help someone I am willing to make the effort.
Have a nice day,
