Agree with "Google" the board. There are several sources for Dometic CBs on the web. Also some offer a repair service.

Check amazon for the dinosaur brand replacement boards. I have not had to change mine, but I have seen this item discussed as a replacement.  Good luck

Pull the board and find the number stamped on it. Sometimes you get lucky and the actual manufacture is written there as well. Google that number and you should be able to find it (probably China) and order one.

I plugged the refrigerator into a separate outlet not on the trailer by way of extension cord and it does the same thing. You can’t turn it off or change any settings with the panel.

Try the simple thing first. Plug something else into the outlet behind the refrigerator (or use a multimeter) to verify that the outlet is getting power. Is the GFI outlet properly reset? Don't spend a ton of money until you rule out power problems.

Good luck on finding that circuit board at a realistic price, they are crazy expensive.
