I think it would SUPER that a video be provided on ALL aspects of the rPOD as if someone had NEVER owned a trailer in their lives! The owners manual is ok but a video is worth so much more when you can see it being done. I would include winterizing/de-winterizing; flushing black tank, etc.

Or at least a more intensive and detailed manual!

At least you got a manual.  My favorite trick is to try to read the microwave instructions with my bifocals, then try to remember them after I shut the door.

Agreed!  Video and much better manual would be incredible.  The generic Forest River manual told me about 1/3 of what I need to know.  It left me with so many questions.  Found out everything else on this forum.

There is much information on youtube.  Look at dealer showing the R-pods.  I learned everything from winterizing to hook up.  I still look at them from time to time for internment!

I got a good chuckle from John in Idaho.  My experiences also!LOL

I have used the camera on smart phone, take a pic of directions, refer to them with door closed, can even zoom in on directions.

My wish list on my 178 was an slide out cover. So I broke down and got it last week. Spendy little bugger. Side cover with labor $667. Anything that helps protect slide seals from tears and rips from pinecones or broken branches from forest camping. Posting pics later on...
