Thanks, R&C.  Did you do the mod to work with the R-Pod's onboard tank, or do you bring a second propane tank?

We decided to go with the Coleman Roadtrip LXX 22,000 BTU.  It is on sale at Walmart for $127 free shippping.  However it takes 1lb propane tanks.  People on this board mentioned it and have purchased the correct tubing and connections so that it can be hooked up directly to the RPOD quick connect but it costs around $35)  We bought it and found out that it is excellent (gets very hot at 22K BTU) has two pull out slides but VERY heavy and it is too fat to fit in the RPOD underbelly.  We have to keep it in the SUV.  We like it because it has a built in stand that folds and you can roll it like a suitcase.  This way we do not have to drill holes in the RPOD or use up half of the picnic table (if the campground even has one) for a table top grill.  And in a windy day roll it downside from the wind, so no smoke in our faces.

Thinking about getting this grill before our next adventure in 2 weeks.

Anyone have any experience with it? Especially with the quick-connect valve on the new R-Pods?

Also interested if anyone has installed a grill mounting rail on their R-Pod. I'm not crazy about the idea of drilling holes into the side of our "rolling home-away-from-home," so will probably not use a mounting rail.
