bikella,

Spot on - the comments about locally are linked to warranty.

From what I can tell, the "blues" and the "greens" is standard stuff:

15" tires, hard cover LP tank, the TV antenna, magnetic door latches, window in the door, power jack and the awning, which I see as optional.

There are two reasons to buy local and one has to consider the "risk" of savings thousands but not getting warranty work. 1.  The local dealer can refuse to do warranty work (or make you wait months for an appointment since they have their own customers to come first 2.  Second and most important FR has been known to reject warranty claims for RPODS that get transported long distances.  For example there are many stories of people who paid CouchNation for delivery and upon arrival had problems.  FR does not know if they were before it was delivered to Couch (FR makes good on it) or after it left Couch (your problem).  If buying from a distant dealer it is better to go pick it up yourself and test it out before traveling back home with it rather than having it shipped.

Good luck with your purchase! Sounds like purchasing in Houston makes good sense. Happy trails!
