Hi, we really like the awning as it is very easy to set up and the awning and poles all fit in the hard covered container.  So no storing the poles somewhere else and the awning is protected from the weather when not in use.

It did not rain while we were using it but based on how the awning is located it should have fair amount of coverage around the door.

Les,
Use the advanced editor. See the icon shaped like two boxes superimposed with an arrow pointing to the top-right. That has the icon to post a photo. It looks like a picture of a tree. Click on it and it will open a dialog box for you to upload a picture. When you do so (remember the 1024Kb size limit), when you click OK, the picture will be pasted into your message draft. You can't upload a picture that is too large. the dialog box will not allow it. You can use a picture editor to resize the photo and save it for uploading.

This is my first attempt in posting a picture, I hope it works.  If it doesn't work, I'm open to suggestion.

How do you like the awning? If it rained while you were camping, how well did the awning protect the door?

Congratulations and welcome!

Your setup looks nice. I hope you enjoy your 179 as much as we are enjoying ours.
