1. Remove "head banger box" over bed.
2. Installed shelf over passenger side window, over bed with tv unit from head banger box.
3. Installed nicer shower head. Had to reinforce wall to hold shower. Factory reinforcement in wrong location.
4. Installed lots coat hooks all around.
5. Had to reinforce floor under shower/toilet. Factory keeping costs down.
6. Installed 12" round port hole window in door.
7. From someone else's post I found the over the tank spare toilet paper holder from Wal-mart. Hangs over the sink and ease to remove for shower.
8. Cut open a large access hole in back of shower. Use to reinforce a tv mount being installed on other side. Also, nice access to wires.
9. Found picture frame & small mirror at thrift store. Put them together & mounted on wall above thermostat.
10. Used wide clear packing tape to close small vents on right and left side of A/C. Passenger side was blowing straight down the wall onto the thermostat causing the A/C to continually cycle on and off. Problem solved. Nice when its an easy fix.
11. more to come

Not by a large amount. I don't recall the exact numbers but moving the batteries back and putting the generator up front added about 50lbs (ballpark) to the tongue weight. If memory serves the tongue weight is now in the mid 300's.

I haven't noticed any effect on towing (stability or otherwise) and it's really nice to have everything clean and sleek. Not having to fiddle with the genset other than walking out and turning the key is a nice as well of course.

Moved the spare to the front so I can use the hitch for a bike rack instead.

Had to move it slightly more forward on the frame than I would have wished, to have enough clearance from the scissor jack as to not interfere with the winching. Used the ExtremeMaxx heavy duty clamp-on mount.

And added an EazLift anti sway friction bar. I didn't think we needed one but now that it's on I notice the difference!

Finally, added a 12v socket in the entertainment center. Plug in a small inverter and there's enough amps to power the TV & charge a phone too.

Did you move the spare to the front only in order to put on the bike rack?  I mounted an over the spare tire bike rack.  I sure don't like how loose the hitch to tire carrier connection point is.  The spare get's loose and bouncy on the road all the time even though I continually tighten the bolt!  Maybe a heavier grade bolt is in order.

I have 2 100w solar panels, one ahead of the roof  fridge unit and one behind paralleled.  I use a breathing apparatus at night so it takes care of that nicely.  But usually only use the pod for a few days in a row.  The power indicator (if accurate) shows that the solar is taking care of business with the two 6 volt batts we have.  We would typically watch one dvd movie each night-sometimes a concert dvd while cooking as well.  All our overhead lights had been changed to LEDs though.
