Hey guys, I purchased a 2017 178 in March of this year hoping it would work for my family (me, my wife, and two kids 6 &4). I love the R-Pod, but after two weekend of use it is simply not big enough. If anyone is interested in buying it I am asking $14,500.00 but am willing to negotiate. Any help would be appreciated. It is in perfect condition.

Sounds like a very fair deal. Sorry the Pod didn't work for your family.
However, you should really post this in the "Campers Flea Market" section: http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_topics.asp?FID=12&title=campers-flea-market |

Honestly, I think your price is too low. When we posted our 2014 177 (Hood River edition) for $12,950 on RV Trader, we have gotten about six calls on it, plus one from Craigslist. We sold it to the first prospective buyer interested for $12,000, but I now have no doubt that we could have sold it for full price or very close it. Given that yours is three years newer and higher priced to begin with, it should go for more than $1,500 above ours.
