I am in Search of a cabinet Drawer piece. Example: When I pull my drawer out the thing that holds the drawer on either side to keep it in place is broken, not sure what is called but I need to replace one so my drawer will slide in. I just drops down in cabinet. This is one of the 3  drawers that is under the stove in the Rpod 173. If anyone can refer where I may purchase this please let me know, for it is specific for an RPod. I hope I am in the correct place for posting this. Thank youOuch

It is called, appropriately enough, a drawer slide. Are you sure it is broken and not just badly adjusted? If they are not parallel, but wider in back than in front, it won't work properly. On my 179, one of them was mounted wrong so that the drawer face was not lined up with the cabinet when it was shut. I had to move the mounting bracket that was against the back wall.

If you are sure it is broken, is it under warranty? If so, then it should be repaired under warranty. If not, then Lowe's and Home Depot sell drawer slides. You would just need to get a matched set with the same extension as the existing slides. Some extend farther than others. In my 179, they pull out enough that there is a sizable gap between the drawer and the cabinet. The stop that used to be on the drawer would prevent the drawer from sliding out fully, but it was more of a hindrance than a help, so I removed them.

Thank you for all of the feedback. The slides are definately broken. I'll measure them and take them to Lowes and see if they have a replacement. I guess I never thought it would be that easy. Sometimes two heads are better than one. Thanks again StephanH
