I have shared the dinette with Dakota, our big dog. I am about 220, he was a bit more then half that.

I'm not sure how much I should "read into" this post??? Is it sort of like "being in the doghouse"? Maybe I should just stay quiet.

Naw.. the first few trips, we tried to get his big butt to sleep up there.. Thought maybe if I was on it he would be more comfortable.. He never did take to it, so those first few years of podding we slept with a 110 pound and 80 pound dog, on the floor. People mumble about getting out of the crack with a partner.. try doing that AND having almost nowhere on the floor safe to put your feet.. LOLI do miss my big dog.. |
A quorum of the forum members has been convened/polled and the following decision has been rendered:
"We will accept your explanation, at face value; with no testimony/statement from Mrs. furpod regarding why you were banished to sleeping on the dinette, with the dog, on any particular night(s)."
It's all good 'bro....you're off the hook!

In looking at the picture, how could you NOT miss him/her?
I have a similar situation with Dixie. When I made my own dinette, I made it in such a way that she could have her bed/sleep under the table.
She won't do it....got to be in the 2' floor space right below my bed.
A small price to pay for such devoted friends.
