Hello R-Podders. In September of last year, I purchased 2015 178 in Manassas, VA. The frame of the RPod had a Safety Inspection sticker like you have on a car. Are Rpods required to have yearly safety inspections? I currently live in West Virginia and called a local RV dealer and he never heard of a travel trailer needing a safety inspection.

Thanks

It will be different from state to state. Who issued the original inspection sticker?

We purchased the RPod at Reines RV in Manassas, VA.  I was just wondering if other RPod owners are required to have safety inspections.

Thanks

Michigan does not have a requirement.  If it did we would have been notified by now with our 5 year old 177.

For what it's worth, Texas requires a yearly safety inspection and registration, as cars do.

Same here, Vermont requires yearly inspections on travel trailers.
