Ouch We have criss-crossed the country in our 177, and love it. HOWEVER, I have never been able to turn the burner on for the hot water tank. The pod had been slightly used, so the tank had been winterized by draining. Now that it is full, the flame won't take; yet all other gas systems do. Any ideas??

How are you turning it on?

To run on gas.. turn on gas at tank, (I am sure you have, but we have had people forget)
Light a burner on the stove to purge lines.
Turn on WH switch inside the camper, the one on the wall as you come in. It should light in 3 tries, if it does not, it will give you an error light "DSI Fault". If that happens, Turn off the switch, wait 10 seconds, turn back on. It may take a few cycles to light.

It is on a thermostat.. if the water is already warm, say because you have hookups and the electric side on, it won't light, nor will it fault. The gas thermostat is set a few degrees lower than the elec. so it uses elec when available.
