Hi Everyone,
We are long time Burro owners, 13 ft and now 17 ft. Wife has become interested in Rpod 179 for more space and bathroom. So we will be lurking here for a while to see what Problems there are with the Rpod ( All trailers have something wrong) .
Probably won't jump until next spring or so.  Not impressed about leaks so I am really interested in leaks and how they got fixed.

Welcome to the group!! We started off with a 171 and had it for 5 years and loved it,. We towed it up and down the east coast from northern Vermont to as far south as Key West.
We then swung by our dealership one day and saw the 179, within three months we had a 179! The room and storage is great. We have stayed in it for as many as 36 days straight with no problems. We ( knock on wood) have not had problems with leak in either of our pods.
We tow our 179 with our Dodge Grand Caravan an average 13.5 mpg in Vermont and 14.5-16 once we hit flat lands from Massachusetts south.

Good to hear. We have a 2014 Kia Sedona and prior to that a 2011 Sedona. Both pulled our 17' burro with no problems. We may go look at a 179 and take a thousand photos tomorrow. We got about the same mileage.
