Looks great. I have decided that I am having so much fun with my Cookshack 025 that I'm selling my Brinkman cast iron smoker. Recently made some Italian sausages and devoured them. Making a brisket overnight is now just a set and forget program. No tending to adding charcoal every three hours. Delightful. Enjoy.

Wow, Bob! That Cookshack 025 looks like an amazing machine. I got up at 4:30 this morning to try and get my butt done by 8 this evening. Just made it. And that was tending to fire every hour or so. I see a cookshack in my future.
