Check the Wa State Park website  www.parks.wa.gov
There are several good choices south of Mt Rainier, all close to Hiway 12, and several that are operated by Tacoma Power Parks, and can be reserved through the state park website.
Mossyrock, Alder Lake, Mayfield Lake, Taidnapum, all good choices, plus you'd also have good access to Mt St Helens.

We have brand new 179 and want to go to Mt Rainier. Has anyone been there who could help us with campground suggestions?
Thank You
