The comments and advice here are greatly appreciated. Gives us a good feeling for support if needed. I hope I can contribute in the future. ( I have coached hockey and worked in development for 30yrs. so maybe I can help there. Any questions?) Thanks again. Rick

One thing I did with spray foam is to close the openings around wires, pipes, etc. There were quite a few gaps in our pod. I did it as soon as we got it so never had problems with water or small animals joining us (except the dogs).

Ok, I'm going to disagree with those that say don't undercoat. I live by the sea, and have owned a half dozen travel trailers. After having to crawl under the first few trailers, sand, and repaint the frame, and jacks because of rust, I hit the frame rails and jacks with spray cans of automotive undercoat. Takes me about an hour, 6 or so spray cans, and costs about $50-$70. The frame of the Pod still looked great when I sold it, but I had not undercoated the risers that were installed after I had undercoated the rest of the frame rails, and the risers were rusting pretty badly. I just undercoated the frame rails of the new Pod replacement. Much easier than sanding, prepping, and repainting!

Salt sucks. Salt on roads, salt in water, salt in air. It sucks. 25 years living on the beach in South Florida, if it wasn't galvanized or stainless or copper or bronze, it rusted. My tool shed, my tools, lawn mower, pretty much everything. The power company would come around every few months and pressure wash the power lines with fresh water otherwise they would crackle an pop.
In New jersey, on the Delaware River, not so much a problem. Good point, though about sea water or sea air. fred
