I would take it back to the dealer and tell them you want a dome that fit's.
If you want something done right, do it yourself.

I was afraid of that.  But, if the large keder domes are that much better, maybe we'll have to swap.  I might try the dealer we bought it from and see if they'll trade it out.  I doubt it since it's been so long since the purchase, but it is their fault we have the wrong one.

Sell your dome and buy one that fits the larger track.  I had the opposite problem.  I had the top track replaced.  The track wasn't expensive but since it had to be shipped "straight", shipping was expensive.  Maybe a tad over $100 for the track and shipping but then the labor to replace it was steep.  I did not attempt that because of the potential for leaks.  Remember also that your bottom track won't fit your bottom screen.  And whenever I read on these forums, the smaller track presented problems in many cases.

I've not done that, but the large track is the newer version. It works better. That's why the change was made. I would think an upholstery shop, canvas shop, or sail shop might be able to sew the larger keder for you. It might be hard to find the old, smaller track and the larger will be easier to use.

We have an rdome that our dealer threw in with the camper.  When we finally got around to setting it up the first time (well over a year after buying the trailer), we realized that our dome has the small keder, but our pod has the big track.
I'm thinking the least expensive fix would be to replace the track on the pod.  Has anyone done this?  If so, how hard was it?  And, does anyone have a source for the track material?
